The restaurant FINIKAS began operation in 1989 by Lambros Gkasio. His love for Greek cuisine in valorose Skopelos in society.

Lambros Gkasios began to work professionally with his passion at age 18, then finished a cooking school perfecting his skills so he began working in prestigious restaurants in Athens.

In the restaurant you can taste dishes of traditional Greek cuisine combined with Mediterranean cuisine.
In particular we recommend lamb with rosemary and garlic in the oven, which you can accompany with vegetables that is their own culture.

Will love the pork roll together with apples and plums Skopelos and the dish of wine-growers.
Regarding seafood, other than the amazing pasta, do not miss cod baked with plums in the oven.

From salads we recommend Salad Stafilos and Fisherman's Salad
And for the vegetarian dish ratatouig recommend.
